It's 2024 now I just played this entire series on my vacation for the first time since I was a child, I gotta say this series would make for an amazing movie live action adaptation, the Era of video game movies has started.

Anybody trying this in 2024, I had the same glitch. Couldn't find any workaround by looking online. Eventually the mission didn't crash and I was able to finish it. The only things that I did differently leading up to my successful attempt were... 1. The PS3 ran a hard drive restore/repair after turning off incorrectly on the attempt that preceded the winning run. Perhaps a corrupt file was restored in the process which was preventing the mission from clearing? 2. I collected the beacons in a different order on my winning attempt ending with the beacon furthest from the starting point if you were to face the terminal and then look right. 3. For my winning attempt I used a hoverbike I stole from a civilian. It's purple, and a murky pink. (This is the thicker hoverbikes, not the skinny ones). I collected 100% of the beacons in the hoverbike. I did reinstall the game as suggested by others online, but it took about 5 attempts after doing so before it cleared so this was unlikely the fix to the crash. Perhaps it was some combination of everything above that resulted in the successful attempt. I am running an EU digital copy of the game on a PS3 slim, system firmware 4.91. It took me about 15-20 restarts before it cleared. Good luck to anyone who may come across this issue. Just stick at it, and the mission should clear eventually.

Jak and Daxter is a little kids game

I have followed your guide to the T!! And still have only 583 orbs. Every challenge in Spargus, Haven, Desert is done with the score barely enough over gold mark (I checked the highscore menu). Every Orb Hunt, Spirit Chase, etc. done. I’ve opened my map in every location of the game and there’s nothing left to do. I’ve gone to every collectible Orb location indicated: Spargus, Monk T., Metal Head Nest, Haven City (all sub areas), 3 Sewers and Ruined Stadium. How come I come 17 Orbs short?? Did the game have any glitch counting? Are there any bonus orbs I’m missing? Are there missable orbs in the game (didn’t collect them right away playing through the game, so I can’t come back to them)? Somebody help. I feel like I played for nothing. I should have the platinum trophy by now!
